Man Injured in Bizarre Accident at Frisco Gun Club
Frisco, Tx (9-9-15) A freak accident at a gun range in Frisco Wednesday afternoon sent one man to the hospital.
“We had a gentleman who was shooting on our 25-yard pistol range, and he was reloading a magazine. In the process of that, he drops one of the bullets to the ground. Something malfunctioned with that bullet and it ignited. Johnson said he was proud of the way his staff handled the situation. “They did exactly as they have been trained. We provided immediate medical attention and cleared everyone off of the range. We have a fantastic safety record here, and we are doing the right things. We have range officers that walk the line that make sure our customers and members are behaving in a safe manor. It was kind of a fluke thing that happened today.”
